Atlas Bug Problem

I have an Shaped Map Version of the Relic Chambers Map. I have to kill one of the 4 Guardians there but it doesn't work. I killed him 5 times but it doesn't Count. The Map still says it's occupied by the Purifier. Also the Elder is not spawning in his Map.

You need to kill four Elder guardians before he can spawn.
Is Relic Chambers map Shaped in your Atlas or not? You need to open a map in the same state as the one a guardian is in: if the map in your Atlas is Shaped, you need to run it Shaped. If not, then open normal version of it. |

Are you killing the guardian with the same character that opened the map? Or are you switching characters?
