Elder guardian doesn't disappear from the atlas

I have an Enslaver Guardian on Estuary Map (T10) which I shaped after he spawned and I've killed him 3 times already on an unshaped Estuary Map and yet he can't disappear from my atlas.


He spawns at the map everytime and I killed him each time.
The first time I killed him, he dropped a memory fragment but at my next 2 kills, he didnt drop anything although it clearly says that he has a memory fragment.

I thought that my first kill may count and tried to kill elder at castle ruins (T12) but he didn't spawn.

My atlas is bugged in a similar way. I can't remove influence form mine. I've completed the last map with elder influence showing on it 3 times and it's still there.

Edit* and yes, I shaped this map while it was influenced within a big glob of influence.

Sigh...

How do we fix this?!

Since patch 3.5.0 if your Guardian is in a shaped map, you need to run that map shaped in order to make him disappear. Same with Elder or non-shaped maps.
