Book of Regrets question..

I made my first character and screwed up my passive tree. It is fixable, but I need roughly 30 refund points.


Orbs of Regret are hard to come by for me, so I was wondering if I could transfer the Books of Regrets from another character?


Or if people sell them for other currency?

just start another character and fix your first one with the currency you got.

books of regret are character bound afaik. and you can't trade for them with other players

No they can't be traded. What level are you? Obtaining 30 regrets shouldn't be hard.

My ranger is ~55 ish. I made a Cyclone Slayer that is level 73 and I have only found 6.. haven't used a single one.

you can trade for currency with other players ;)

You can buy regret orbs straight from the vendor for 2 scouring orbs.
Short on scouring orbs? You can buy one scouring orb for 4 chance orbs.
