Cannot find the recipe for max life and max mana tier 2

Hi everyone!
I am actually in the middle of act 8 and when I wanted to craft max life on some gear, I realised I had only the 14-20 max life available. So I went on internet and found this page: https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/a4njpc/recipe_locations/
which says that the recipe for max life and max mana level 2 should give me around 50 life to craft + some mana. I looked at my recipe on my crafting bench and saw that I didn't have the tier 2 recipe for max life/max mana.
The reddit thread says that it's supposed to be arround the beacon fortress, but I can't find it. Can anyone help me? I full cleared 3 times just to be sure it wasn't anywhere else and still can't find it.
