Act 7- The Causeway- Alva Incursion quest not completing when completed on Second character.

Hello GGG, I don't know if this has been reported or not, but having a issue with Alva quest not completing on my second character when I complete it. I don't know what I did, but after completing the Temporal Incursion in The Causeway, it still wont show complete, and hence I can't get Alva in my hide out. I have gone through Act 7 The Causeway numerous times, doing at least 10 instances, and can't seem to find her there. Also want to note that I've gone through the entire Act 7 (at least 10 times) and still can't seem to find her in any area of Act 7. I don't know how to post pictures on forums, but am willing to email if necessary.

Same here but it's on my first character. I'm on the temple step but I can't get her to come to my hideout.

Any update on this GGG?

We are planning to deploy patch 3.5.0c today (you can read the patch notes here), which includes a fix for being unable to complete Alva's quest "No Time like the Present".

In the meantime, if you encounter Alva some other players have mentioned that they were able to complete the quest and invite Alva to their hideouts after exiting the Incursion via the portal instead of being forced out when time runs out.

Thanks Rachel_GGG! I guess I figured it out, by going through Zana map device, looking for Alva there, and completing Alva quest there. I was able to obtain Alva by completing the Temple of Atzaotl and then Alva was able to aprear in Hide out. Hope this helps others.
