Game goes into windowed mode and crashes after alt-tabbing

I've been looking around and can't seem to find a proper reason for this. Whenever I alt-tab, the game goes into windowed mode, the screen (window) turns black and the game crashes. Anybody has any clue?

My game just started doing this today too, anyone got a fix?

Are you running in Fullscreen mode before alt-tabbing? If that is the case then use Windowed Fullscreen mode.
