Does Azurite yield change with depth?
A question for the folks who have delved deep: Do you get more azurite per delve as you go deeper in the mine, or does it stay more or less the same? Does mining down in level 100 also give you just a smattering of azurite each time you go to a spot to mine it?
I'm lazy and like the no-risk farming of low depths. But I'm also lazy, and would rather spend 15 minutes getting 200 azurite than spend 3 hours sleepwalking through the first 10 levels of the mine to get the same result. Knowledge is power. Power corrupts. Stay stupid. Last bumped on Sep 4, 2018, 12:54:00 PM

The little azurite nodes along the way don't ever seem to change much, hence those are incredibly insignificant at depths greater than 100.
Azurite encounters at the ends of your delves grant significantly larger yields as you delve deeper. By 280 depth, I'm getting about 400 azurite for the smaller encounters and 600+ for the larger ones. Bear in mind, delves cost progressively more sulphurite, but also grant much greater xp as mlvls ramp up very high very quickly (270 for mlvl 83 for example!) At one point, azurite farming isn't really a thing as you max out darkness resistance at 75% and it is fairly easy to keep it at this lvl with only the occasional investment. Light radius is a nice upgrade as well on the crawler but tbh keeping at around 0% seems fine. |

Note that if you are high level and going back to low-level areas, the Azurite drops you get from encounters will get penalized.

" yup, although hopefully its the normal penalty rules so after 66+ monster level it no longer matters. |
