Abyss stairs in Delve not opening (screenshots)

I got to three different Abyss City areas and 2 of the stairs never opened up properly. Was a huge let down because this was the biggest delve score I got and I couldn't get into them.

I went to click on the activator, the stairs lit up, but the instance change area never showed up.
