With the change to Righteous Fire and Death's Oath now being able to break barrels with 3.8, why isn't Vaal Cold Snap able to break barrels while the aura is running?
Cold Snap and Vaal Cold Snap will break them when they are activated on the barrels, but the creeping chilled ground and growing aura will not break them. Please see the picture below for a demonstration.  |
