Farming Pride Before the Fall div card

I'm for the most part SSF and trying to get Kaom's Heart. Since at the present moment in Bestiary League a decent roll it's arround 250 chaos I thought I could try to farm it through the div card. Is there any info/guidelines/tips to farm Pride Before the Fall? It still drops in the areas mentioned in the wiki? Im trying at The Karui Fortress with no luck. Is the a sweet level spot to have it drop more easily, without too much penalty?

I'd go with T4 Volcano maps since there's no drop rate penalty applied in maps. If possible stack some item quantity with a few cheap uniques (Sadima's Touch, Perandus Blazon).

Got my first one. Took me ages, but it's definitely still possible to get it in this area.

For the record, I was lvl 48 (the limit for getting the drop penalty), +36% quantity and +153% rarity.

I think it's not worthwhile timewise... or in any other way, but it's possible to get this cards and get the Kaom's Heart by yourself if you really need it for your build.
