Soul of Arakaali - Captured Arachnoxia does not work with life

The pantheon upgrade to Soul of Arakaali: Captured Arachnoxia, only increases energy shield recovery rate, if you have stopped taking poison damage over time recently.

Reproduce by:
Activate Soul of Arakaali with the Captured Arachnoxia upgrade.
Go to The Vastiri Desert.
Find Scorpion type mobs, which apply poison with 100% chance.
Let them hit you, you are now poisoned.
Let all poison stacks expire.

Results (on my character ChyetJuggg):
Life regen BEFORE: 726.7
Energy shield regen BEFORE: 28.2

Life regen AFTER: 726.7
Energy shield regen AFTER: 42.3

AFAIK your regeneration rate is still being increased, but for effects like "Increased Recovery Rate", the actual increase is not reflected in the stat sheet.

This is the same for The Beast Fur Shawl for ES regen (and the Trickster recovery node I assume).

You can test it with this method:
1. Temporarily spec Zealot's Oath (so your life doesn't regen)
2. Use RF and let your life deplete to 1
3. As soon as RF turns off, use a white Eternal or Sanctified Life Flask
4. Record the amount of life you're at after the flask ends
5. Repeat steps 2-4 with/without Soul of Arakaali
6. Divide the number with Arakaali by the number without Arakaali to see the increase % recovery rate

I got these results:
3705 life with Arakaali
2470 life without Arakaali

3705/2470 = 1.5, so my recovery from the flask increased by 50% exactly.
Thanks for the testing Tokenx, I was really confused by this
What if RF stays on? At lvl20 Purity of fire and Saffel's Frame you are at 84% fire resist, you pop a Ruby Flask, you get to 90% fire resist, does that stop the RF degen, and procs the soul effect? Or am I missing something?

I currently am testing around with it.
But anyways you would need 100% res to stop the degen.
I am testing to disable rf with a flask ocasionaly and immediatly turning it on again for a burst of regen but can not confirm anything so far.
