Cannot enter the Blood Aqueduct

Here is a screenshot of the error the PoE Client shows that a particular texture is of wrong hash, while in the game, after finishing the Sun/Moon quest in Act 8, I cannot enter the Blood Aqueduct. When trying to enter this particular area, it says that it cannot uncompress the texture specified in the error in the screenshot.

So then I tried to run the PackCheck from within the game installation folder, it reports with the error about that specific texture being of wrong hash. It tries to fix and it passes. However I start the game client, it starts to download something and then I'm presented with the error shown at the link above.
