Poe Font Fix

Hello everyone :)

I recently had to reformat my pc and lost some files I used to have, one of which was PoeFontFix which allowed you to change the ingame font of PoE.

I am unable to find this to download it again, if anyone would be kind enough to post the file or the code within the file I would greatly appreciate it :)
