Safe and fast leveling build?

I'm wanting a build thats safe and relatively fast at leveling, one that can reach level 60+ rather easily and one that will be able to efficiently farm currency/uniques once at that level and beyond.

I currently have a level 30 Summoner with Queen's Decree and Bones of Ullr.

Is there a better build than this for what im wanting?

This isnt an HC char.

Any recommendations would be great!

Screw it im going to make an LA or EA ranger.
