Low resolution/quality UI components

Most of the UI is really low quality even though I'm running at 1920x1080 with all settings maxed. Reinstalling the game didn't work and neither did tweaking the video settings.

This looks like your graphics card control panel is overriding a few game settings - And is performing it's own changes to our UI. You'll have to adjust the card's driver settings to return this to normal.

I changed my Mipmap detail level and now it's looking good again. Thanks for your help.
