Despair doesn't work with Curse on Hit

Arc + Curse on hit + Despair
The above combination of links doesn't support Despair. The link/skill works correctly if used with elemental weakness, and the curse works correctly if cast manually. Does not work if fireball is replaced with arc either. Last bumped on Dec 10, 2017, 6:05:49 PM

Yep, no combination of Despair + Curse on Hit works. We also tested melee and ranged attack.

Also curse on hit does not work when The poet's pen is used and it has a socketed skill gem. When I have for instance EK or Bladefall in The poet's pen, assassin's mark linked with Power siphon and Curse on hit does not work, which I have in my chest. No curse does. If I remove a spell from The poet's pen it suddenly starts to work.

Stapa, if you haven't already, make your own thread about it. There's enough of a difference between what you describe and the OP that it's a separate issue; GGG wants one issue per thread to make it easier to track (which is what the stickies ask you to do).
