Passive keystone "art of gladiator" not working

Only noticed it once i purchased a brass dome and noticed the movement speed drops when wearing it even though the keystone is supposed to negate the drop in movement speeds.

Art of the Gladiator negates movement penalties from Armours - not from magic affixes on said Armour. This is working as intended.
