Tutorial Bug Quest Don't Start

Hi not a big bug but still a bug , so i created a character in the harcore harbinger league and when i start the league there is the button skip the tutorial so i clicked on it at the same times that i talked to the "Dying Exile"(might be the cause of the bug) and that caused the quest of the undying exile to don't start so i don't get the gem at the start and the quest

Okay update the quest just don't start i deleted my character to recreate an other and when i click on the undying exile the quest don't start even if i don't click on "skip the tutorial" (i still recreated my character on the hardcore harbinger league)

You have to equip your weapon
