stuck in windowed mode ...

no matter how i set up my options in POE, after i log off then log back in, POE starts in windowed 1664x971(custom)mode. i then change it to 1680x1050 fullscreen and save changes then re-log and it will keep starting me in windowed mode ... how do i fix this ... i am not new to options and i really cant figure out why it keeps me in windowed mode... any idea's?

alt+ enter, does switch modes but if i relog it will still start in windowed mode ...

I have same problem since GGG introduced dx11 version.. always I start play PoE have to reset resolution to 1920/1080 and to full screen mode... But I got use to it cos it's a quiet long time since it's happening and is only 1x per session;)

I was having the same issue, and i believe i have found a fix (or a workaround i guess would be more accurate).
Steps: 0. Start PoE. Despite your config file indicating fullscreen, it starts in windowed mode, with a custom resolution. 1. Go into options and select windowed mode. Change the resolution to a coarser one, such that it no longer is a custom resolution (for my 1920x1080 monitor i had to select 1600x900 to get it to work; <number>x1024 or any larger y-value would change it to a custom resolution <number>x1001). 2. Change back to fullscreen. 3. Exit PoE. 4. Start PoE. It now starts in Fullscreen, as desired. |
