How to make glacial hammer viable with fixing one gem.

The main problem was glacial hammer is clear speed with Aoe Nerf GH get worse , i realy trying to make viable glacial hammer build on every league but it seems just not viable no matter what ggg try to do. BUT if you buff winter burial gem that can change everything.

Won't happen because GGG has a bad habit of basing skills on gear that most people will never ever own.
Glacial Hammer requires a Mace or Staff. Maces are generally too slow. So that leaves staffs with 750+ DPS which are usually between 170-280 ex. LOL This is the inherit problem with 95% of all the nerfs imposed on skills. The nerfs are almost exclusively based on the best of the best gear. Everyone else picks up crumbs and crap gear, eventually quitting due to frustration. |

" You dont need 170-200 ex gear for glacial hammer , i usualy pick doryani and it works just fine.The problem is clear speed is soo damn slow , also there is a problem about multistrike when you using with GH it hits soo slow can actualy kill you in attack delay when you are facing real bosses like atziri.With my jewel idea glacial hammer gonna be very viable , clear speed at least can be X10 times faster, maybe close to any average skill level like cleave. no longer playing

Glacial Hammer doesn't even need to be buffed. Make magic find gear/characters worth it and make shattered chains work on bosses. I want my dual Cameria's Maul mfer to finally have a purpose to exist and be perfected damnit!!!!

" I feel the same but majority of big bad boss uniques arent worth at all. So if ggg can change shattered chains to "You gain %20 rarirty on killing frozen enemies" to "Gain %20 rarirty on chilled enemies" that gem also work great. no longer playing
