Chaotic Disposition drops elsewhere?

I read in the wiki that Chaotic Disposition (divination card) only drops in Poorjoy's Asylum, but I have never been there yet I have one. Does anybody know where it drops? I don't want to farm it, I'm just curious.

It does only drop randomly in Poorjoy's, but you could also get one from The Gambler, a Diviner's Strongbox, Putrid Cloister...
