Did they change these at some point?

Yeah, the base item got swapped a couple of years ago. You have an old one. The difference in ES is just because of the difference between the bases.

TYVM for the response. Was trying to buy another one to try an six link but it kept not showing up as Occultist Vestment. Then I just tried Infernal Mantle and it was different :)
