Unbearable Whispers V and double enchant prophecies.

Is there a reason as to why they trigger on Izaro's death instead of when entering the treasure room? Izaro and I just killed each other at the same time and I lost both prophecies. The double enchant wasn't that big of a deal but losing an entire prophecy chain seems silly.
