No sound only in PoE

Sound has always had problems here and there most of the time 1 of things would fix it. a) just restart PoE or b) switch from my headphones to digital audio (s/pdif) back to headphones in the PoE options menu. Then for some reason the sound just stopped working. Sound works in web browser and hand full of other games i play just not PoE and suggestions?

Add --softwareaudio to the launch options, maybe this will help.

I'm having this same issue. I've tried the --swa launch option and turning off reverb. I've also tried reinstalling the client completely (I use Steam on Windows 10 with Realtek audio devices). My no sound issue only affects PoE.
