Tora Mission - Cannot reach Tora

During my daily Tora Mission: 'kill the corrupted monsters' in the Overgrown Garden zone. I killed the last Leaper mob during it's leapslam across a small pool of water and since it was the last mob for the mission Tora Blink arrowed right onto the water which is unaccessible to complete the mission. Similar problem in Solaris 1 Normal. Cant reach Tora to get quest. Bug report 2,989,642,968.
