2 handed spectral throw worth it?

More and more i'm seeing 1 hand with shield or dual daggers. So is 2 handed weapons not worth it anymore? Been gone for a about year or so and was starting up a 2 hand spectral throw but maybe I have to re spec and change that.




Thoughts, advice, and reasons why.
