Navali lines between text, order

When clicking on Navali the text has unnecessary lines now, between his 3 own functions like: View, Seek and Seal prophecy. All 3 are related and don't need separator lines between them.

Next, Dismiss Navali is above all that, and all masters have it bottom (just above Goodbye). This is confusing and somebody could click it unintentionally.

I think it'd be better to keep this in the same style as other masters, not like this.
