Righteous fire gets shut off before reaching 1 hp and can't be recast.

This bug has happen 3 times now, different maps but it's always the same.

I play an ES based character with Righteous Fire. Some source of damage, e.g. Shaper, takes out my Energy shield. He then does a tiny bit of damage on my life, (which is 86/1425), and it shuts my Righteous fire off even though my life never hits 1. So, I stand there with say 20 life and full energy shield again (due to Regen), my Righteous fire has been turned off all randomly and I can't recast it. Asuming it was just a visual bug I tried to damage him, but no damage was being dealt. The Righteous fire can be recast if I leave the instance (e.g. the shaper map) and go back to my hideout and in that way regaining maximum life again (86/1425).

Asuming that I do actually hit 1 hp, then it would mean my Righteous fire should shut off, however I still have 20 some life after it's all over and still can't recast it. And if this were the case, then there is a life regen bug. Since I have Zealot's Oath which make it so I can't regen life. So, where does the life come from? is the question then. (I have no life gained on hit or something like that)

Summary:
ES based RF build. ES hits 0 and I take some damage on life. Righteous fire shuts off automatically before reaching 1 life. Righteous fire can't be turned on again in that instance, but it can if I switch instance (going back to the hideout).

Are you sure you didn't have 1 life left (display bug)? You can't start RF with 1 life. Did you try a life flask to get your life back up?

It said 16 life left. So I'd asume I had 16 life, unless the life displaied wrong. Nope, didn't try with a life potion to heal it up, didn't have any equiped on me since I'm ES based, but then again, what are the odds that the shaper would hit just right to make me 1 life, not 2 life or 0, but just that 1. I mean, it's possible, ye, but this event, not being able to turn the RF back on has happened to me 3 times during this league so I doubt the odds of hitting that sweetspot (1 hp) is that high seeing how the other 2 events happend vs malachi in the core map (also a high hitting enemey)

I've had this happen to me 3/4 times now too. I just had to portal out of the final Izaro fight just cos my HP had dropped to 67 (from 82) and RF shut off. I could then re-cast but it would not start and I was doing no damage.

Damn annoying (and embarrasing as I was carrying as party at the time).
