No stone unturned achievement - new lore in act 3?

I have searched far and wide, but it seems that all the information out there is out of date, including the wiki.
For act 3 there are always 27 pieces of lore listed, but the in-game check says that there are 33 items. Where are these new 6 items? Last bumped on Sep 16, 2016, 1:18:06 AM

I found one at the Gemling Legionaries (did I spell that wrong?) in the Warehouses.

I am quiet sure that letter in the scepter of god (on a desk with a candle) wasn't there before either.

Found all 33.
26 of them are listed in the wiki. http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Environmental_lore#Act_III. 3 of them are the inscriptions next to the 3 Trials of Ascendancy. The last 4 are: Official Orders in the Warehouse District (near the Gemling Legionnaries) Journal Entry in Solaris 2 (next to Dialla) Malachai's Journal in the Eternal Lab Letter to Chitus in the Scepter of God (near the waypoint).
