We never know...
One thing I do know, is, that you can buy professional sounds and loops that have lengths up to a minute. When you buy it you get the right to use it. If you buy the rights for the ownership, then you exclusively get it, and the "sounds" will not be available for others. No Problem,

I'd say yes, definitely, out of any doubt.
The point, in my opinion, is whether or not that much of plagiarism is enough to sue this "McMagic" developer. /oos
