Conviction of power

I am currently trying to run a build based of this passive and i would like to know if anyone managed to make it work with immortal call.

It works ok in big packs but on boss when you need it the most not soo much. I am wondering if anyone managed to make it generate endu charges back from refreshing power charges before he needs IC again.

Basicaly my idea is to run power charge on crit to regenerate endu charges after IC discharges them. Main issue is that i am not sure if necessary levels of casting speed are actualy achievable.

I you don't have any other sources to gain power charges, you will only gain an endurance around every 30 monsters on average, that's very inconsistant, you migh lost your charges often if you don't have a high clear speed.
It will work better if you build up more ways gain power charges.

I would see 2 uses:
- you don't care much about the endurance charges, and you use it mainly as way to gain consistant power charges.
- you run a power charge on crit, or another source to gain power charges that is not the passive, and you use the passive mostly to gain consistant endurance charges.

However, I don't know if you are max power charges, and trigger a additionnal power charge (which won't be added to your total), does it still allow you to gain an endurance charge?
if not, forget the endurance charges, you would need to consume the power chages.

I think this is a pretty strong synergy
You will always be at max endurance charges, not shocked, and your power charges will always be moving between 0 and max. At the cost of 3 items slots.

My idea is more wraped around exploiting this with divine inspiration and the new frost bolt spell.

Basicaly drop a vortex totem with increased aoe gem from helmet to act as makeshift temporal chains. Throw ball lighting from gloves linked to curses. Then blast target with bolts linked to pc on critical.

Cast when stunned linked to two IC and increased duration.

The big question remains, do you still get a chance to gain endurance charges when at maximum power charges, if not, Conviction of Power is useless

You can. I am using Assasin mark and power on crit. Still i don't have a 6L to test if sufficient crit/cast speed is achevable.

I have tested veruso + malachai it works... ish. I think endu charge for power charge is still too low. Should be around 30%.

I have 7 charges and anything more than 3 endu charges screw it up and still i am ocasionaly schocked soo defo not something for hardcore league builds and might be problem in lab.

I run Incinerate+Romira Banquet and maintain 100% uptime on endurance charges / IC.

To generate them fast enough on a crit build I think Blade Vortex + Volls Protector is needed.
