Random Fps Drops/Freezes after loading an instance

The last few days, this happened more and more often to me:
The game basically freezes (drops to like 2 Frames per Minute) after loading an Instance. Apart from that everything runs fine. When the game freezes, the rest of my System keeps running fine, so it is no classical "rig can't handle it" issue. What can i do? Last bumped on Apr 18, 2016, 5:54:58 PM

" if it's not your computer, it's your connection to poe servers. please do a winMTR report for over 15 minutes, ideally while playing the game and and post the results to pastebin.com. provide the link to the pastebin here. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!

I can't even open up the menu, so i seriously doubt, that it is a network issue.

Same problem her after last update my game crashes at loading of instances.

same here but i got more problems
when i launch the game it takes avg 6-10 mins to load the logging in screen and when i choose my char and go in the game i get serious fps drops and game freezes alot that causes the game to crash im not even playing im just in town when i get crashes and fps drops |
