Innervate needs a buff

Almost any support gem will do better DPS than Innervate's onslaught and support gems are not time conditional like Innervate. Only use I ever found for it was linked to HoI and HoI explosion deaths would proc it once in awhile. Still was a mana cost (110% multiplier) and wasnt sure it was worth it even then.


CHance to shock is useless. If we want to shock we go crit or play elementalist which shocks, ignites and freeze with any damage.

My suggestion is give Innervate pen or a more modifier too like 20%.
