Rigwald's Quills Quiver Fork bug

I'm currently play a build with spark and using the new unique quiver Rigwald's Quills and it's doesn't support my skill or an other skills with fork even bow skills .

I also have equiped Rigwald's Quill which should fork any projectiles by description, but it doesnt work with spark. Not sure if it's a bug or I missing something in quiver mechanics.

Works perfectly fine with spark.

Oh, you are right. It was not shown in offensive tab and tooltip so I thought that it's not working.
