Quality for rings and amulets

You may change the quality for armor, weapons, maps, flasks, gems, but why not for rings and amulets? It doesn't even make sense, why simply don't add it? Just a suggestion.

You cant increase their quality, because they do not give flat values (like evasion, armour or damage) but implicit stats instead. They can be changed by blessed orbs.
