Does life leech stack from different sources.

Hi. didint really find answer via google. If i have life leech lets say in herald of thunder, tempest shield and my main dmg skill. Do these life leech sources stack? If so will my life leech rate go up or the time my life regens.
Maby im just stupid not getting this new life leech mechanics.
Anyway would appreciate if someone could answer this. Propably wasting sockets since herald and ts dont do that much dmg anyway.

Yes, every hit that leeched will generate a leech stack and, as local gluttons say - it all goes in the same basket. Different amounts and different leech rates are possible, leech rate will stack up to the cap and amount determines duration of each stack.

Yes for the wasting mana reserve on leeching with herald too, not much damage there.
