TEMPEST Incinerate / MoM / Cloak of Flame

You can use cloak of flame for leveling and get a 5L to map and a 6L later. It is possible to go Lightning Coil but it is much more expensive (and not worth it for that price in my opinion).

Mana regen on rings and amulet, when you switch to 6L you will need elreon rings and amu to sustain the mana cost of incinerate.

Purity of fire - AA - Clarity

CWDT - IM - Phase run - Inc duration

Flame dash - faster casting

Lightning warp - Faster casting - Less duration
