Can't View Character Inventory via Website

I'm trying to link my inventory to use the PoE shops, however upon doing so, I found out that one of my character's are bugged. When clicking on profile and viewing characters via the website, I can view all of my inventories except for one (IGN: Arrested). My friends can view that specific character however on my screen it does not load. Any way to fix it?

It's not the browser, My other characters are fine, just this one specific character is not viewable. There have been others with this bug as well.
