Griffando's CI Crit Arc (Medium Budget)

Hello everyone, Griffando here with my CI crit arc witch. This is probably the most successful build I've created, I'm currently level 83 with plans to go higher. This build combines a very large ES pool with good DPS to make a mockery of maps with good positioning and flask usage. It does require a medium budget because high is ES gear is very expensive but it is a very interesting alternative to life based builds.

Key Components:
Spoiler

Zealots Oath+Blood Dance, with five frenzy charges this gives us 5% life regen plus the 1% we get from the tree on our energy shield. Since we will inevitably have an ES pool of 6-10k this is a massive amount of life regen.
Additional Levels on Arc, through either Geofri's or Empower.
Lightning Leech, from both Doryani's Invitation and Caterina's crafted mod.
Flasks, a Topaz flask, Atziri's promise and Rumi's are all very useful for this build. When chained correctly they make the build reflect proof, freeze proof and stun resistant.

Pros and Cons:
Spoiler

Pros:
High ES Pool
Reflect safe with Topaz flask
High DPS
HC Viable
Cheapish™

Cons:
Cannot run certain map mods (Blood Magic and Half/No Regen and temp chains sucks as well)
Requires a ton of money to reach the maximum DPS

DPS:
Spoiler

Current Tooltip (with lvl 3 empower and lvl 21 arc in a 5-Link): 13.3k
Above Tooltip + Atziri flask and 5 Power charges: 19k

Passives, Bandits and CI Transitions:
Spoiler

Bandits: Passive, Alira/Passive and Krayton (+1 Frenzy Charge)

30 Points: http://poeurl.com/zrbTFHy
60 Points: http://poeurl.com/zrbTBcC
90 Points: http://poeurl.com/zrbTUiH
120 points: http://poeurl.com/zrbTXh7

I'd recommend transitioning to CI around Act 3 Merciless or when you can equipe a high ES chest. Make sure you have four points banked so you can pick up infused shield which is a 15% more multiplier to your ES.

Necessary Gear:
Spoiler

These boots are a key part of the build, providing us a ton of life regen and movespeed.

A high ES chest is the main source of ES

Budget Gear:
Spoiler

Until you have a 5-Link chest a Geofri's is very useful for getting an additional level on arc and possibly empower.

Moonsorrow is a very useful wand until you can get one with higher crit and spell damage.

Current Gear:
Spoiler

Wand:
Look for high spell damage, spell crit, cast speed and lightning damage. Always save room to craft lightning leech from Caterina.

Helm:
200+ ES and Resists are ideal. Leo's stun avoidance mod can also be useful.

Shield:
250+ ES, spell damage, spell crit and resists are ideal stats.

Gloves:
There area few options for gloves. Maligaro's are an obvious choice but could be replaced with a pair of rare ES gloves. Voidbringers could be good if the build was modified slightly to have more mana regen and mana.

Boots:
Explained in mandatory gear.

Chest:
Got a lucky 5-link on this bad boy in 10 fuse. Aim for 600+ ES and fill out your resists.

Belt:
A lightning Doryani's is best in slot because of the lightning damage and leech.

Rings:
Preferably on a diamond ring with ES, lightning damage/cast speed and resists. If you have any outstanding attribute requirements this is the place to fill them.

Amulet:
Look for ES, Cast Speed, Lightning Damage, Crit Multi and resists. The amulet is a big damage slot so really go buck wild here. Elreon's global crit chance mod is very good for reducing costs in this slot.

Flasks:
A remove freeze and remove bleed flask are both nescessary to this build as well as a topaz to counter reflect. An Atziri's promise is useful for DPS and a Rumi's just ads extra defense on top of a granite. A normal granite can be used in place of Rumi's.

Gem Links:
Spoiler

Arc, Spell Echo, Faster Casting, Empower, Lightning Pen, Crit Multi/Life Leech

Vaal Storm Call, Spell Echo, Lightning Pen and Inc Duration. Great Setup for killing large packs and clearing strongboxes.

Vaal Discipline, Blood Rage and Inc duration. Blood Rage gives us guaranteed frenzy charges and Vaal discipline is a great "oh shite" button to get you out of tight situations.

Discipline, Clarity and Reduced Mana. Discipline provides a large chunk of ES and Clarity sustains our fast casting speed.

Herald of Thunder, Curse on Hit Assassin's Mark. If you have perfectly colored Maligaro's then put this in them alongside reduced mana to get more available mana. Until then, just put them in your wand.

Lightning Warp, Faster Casting and Reduced Duration. Gotta go fast.

Future Gear Upgrades:
Spoiler

-Level four Empower
-Legacy Maligaro's
-Better Wand
-400 ES Shield and Helm
-1+ Frenzy Charge Blood Dance
-6-Link 900 ES Chest
-Better Ammy

Thanks for reading. Please ask questions about the build. If you want them answered please post them in this thread :). GLHF
