Kicked back to Login Screen

Hello, I am having this problem. Every 5 ~ 10 Mins, I get kicked back to Login screen. Could someone suggest a solution ? I play on Singapore server, I tried the following :
- I ran on minimum settings - I scanned my Computer for viruses or spyware - I tried switching servers for a while All these seem to not help at all. I still get booted to the login screen every 3 ~ 5 Minutes or so. Is there anything else i can try to fix this problem ? PS : I checked my Internet, It seems fine. I noticed it seems to happen to me if the game runs out of memory. (when switching to High graphics settings in my case) Maybe that is happening for you as well? If you run other memory expensive programs, that might be the case, otherwise I can't help. Resizing the game window often results in the same outcome, for another reason I imagine, but that would be obvious for you.

Thanks for those details. Are you able to provide us with information about your computer by running dxdiag and sending it to us? (start, run, "dxdiag", and saving the information to a txt file). This is greatly appreciated as it really helps us with assisting you to find the cause. I've been having the same issue ever since this new iteration was created. Also, I can only play one character out of four that I had created prior to the new nine act game.

" Have you tried restarting your modem/router, after 3.0 I dropped I had to do a full restart on mine (unplugged power for at least 30 seconds). Once I did that the weird issues that I had been seeing like d/c's and what you're experiencing went away. PoE was the only thing that was having issues too so I didn't think it would work, but for whatever reason it did. |

this problem is just like mine, i belive this issue not from internet conection, why? because i run 2 client PoE at same time, and its kicked back on log in screen again but not at same time, what i mean here is, its kicked back on log in screen at same time thats can be internet issue, but this is not, i run 1 client then run second client after 20 second and its going kicked on first client about 5 minute on the first client and then kicked on the second client about 6 minute, this problem definately not internet issue,
