Moving POE to another drive duration xD

It took me 3.5 hours to move my POE folder from my HDD to my new Samsung 850 EVO 500gb SSD cause all of the mini files that POE has.
Is there a reason why the game files are splited like that instead of ...I don't know, other ways of compresion !?!? 3.5 hours for 7gb it's something that makes you wanna smash your keyboard. |

" That was "ShaderCache" folder. There can be more than 20k files in there. And you didn't need to copy it (at all). Moreover, it is advised to "clean" this folder once in a while Remember, suffering is convenient.
That is why many people prefer it. Happiness requires effort. |

We can confirm that removing the 'ShaderCache' Folder entirely will not effect the integrity of the copy of the game files you are transferring.
Any files that you may accidentally lose through this process can be recovered via download when attempting to open the client, or by running a Pack Check (as detailed here).
