Static Strike | 2-Hand Sword | Rarity/Quantity | Duelist

Build Idea:
This build is a high item "Rarity/Quantity" "Static Strike" farming Duelist.
A character that is able to solo farm maps, vaal zones & bosses.
I use "Static Strike" as main skill to deal damage.
As movement skill i use "Leap Slam" link with "Culling Strike" to finish of rare monster and bosses.
Also i use Vaal Grace, Vaal Haste and Vaal Cyclone.

Life based, Resolute Technique Build

Items:


Rare items should have:

• High Life
• Elemental or Chaos Resistance
• Item Rarity/Item Quantity
• Dexterity & Intelligence

Gems:

• Main Skill: Static Strike (lvl 20/20%) - Multistrike (lvl 20/20%) - Melee Physical Damage (lvl 20/20%) - Faster Attacks (lvl 20/20%) - Added Fire Damage (lvl 20/20%) - Weapon Elemental Damage (lvl 20/20%)
• Second Skill: Leap Slam (lvl 20/20%) - Faster Attacks (lvl 20/20%) - Culling Strike (lvl 20/20%) - Item Rarity (lvl 20/20%) - Item Quantity (lvl 20/20%)
• Aura: Hatred (lvl 20) - Herald Of Ash (lvl 20/20%) - Reduced Mana (lvl 20)
• Cast when Damage Taken (lvl 7) - Enduring Cry (lvl 9/20%) - Increased Duration (lvl 20/23%) - Immortal Call (lvl 8/20%)
• Other: Vaal Grace (lvl 20) - Vaal Haste (lvl 20) - Vaal Cyclone (lvl 20) - Increased Duration (lvl 20/20%)
• Other: Portal Gem
• NOTE: Some gems dont need Quality. (Vaal Gems/Reduced Mana)

Passive Tree:



Defence:
Most defense comes from the flasks.
Granite Flask with "Iron Skin" roll for high armour.
Topaz Flasks with "Warding" provide the high Resistance we need for Reflect Monster and also Curse Immunity.
A high Life pool also help´s against big hits.

Stats:








Deal with the Bandits:

• Normal: Get Life from Oak
• Cruel: Get Attack Speed from Kraityn
• Merciless: Get the Endurance Charge from Oak

Interested in this build, might run in 2.0 temp softcore league. A gameplay / demonstrational video would be awesome.

Some questions:

Why do you chose swords and not, for example, axes? Build has RT, so no advantage for crit chance or implicit accuracy. I do like 2h sword looks over axe completely.

Mana, is 2% leech on ring enough?

Why no Atziri's flask?

Do you think getting mf boots (goldwyrm) and rare belt would be fine? Because demi's is unavailable for the most ppl as well as in temp leagues.

Hello,

first i use this sword because i found it long time ago and its still one of my best 2hand weapons, the crit and accuracy have no effect thats true. I think every weapon would work if you get the corresponding passive notes.

Yes, 2% is enough for me.

Atziri flask is great if you want to boost your damage.

Of course, this build dont need any legancy items, im just lucky to have one of these belts ;)
