Item Filters Issue

I Started my own http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1243499item filter and shared it to everyone, but i found out 1 big issue with : http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Occultist%27s_Vestment
Both got the same name on drop "Occultist's Vestment" and both is Uniques.. How can i solve this issue on the item filters ?

You solve it by looking at the item that dropped to see what the art looks like. An item filter can't identify unidentified items.
