blood magic + blood rage on low life

Linked my quality blood magic to blood rage when on low life but didnt get cast speed increase. However, it works on my attack based character and DOES increase attack speed. Why is this?

Do you check the cast speed on another spell than blood rage ?

Imo blood rage can't gain anything from cast speed, but spells like "fireball" does. Try it :)

I do, thing is it works on my spectral throw even tho it isnt linked to that either.

What's working ? Blood rage or the quality from blood magic ? It can't be blood magic, so it has to be blood rage who increase your spectral throw.

nop its the blood magic gem that increase it. Thats why i ask, why it works on attacks but not on spells.

What are your linked gems exactly ?

i link a quality blood magic to my blood rage and it increases my attack speed by an additional amount (other than blood rage attack speed) on my spectral throw. This has been known to work for a while. However, i tried the same trick just to increase the cast speed on my arc, but it didnt work. So either it is a bug, or it is not intended to work on either attack or spells.

Should probably move this to bug reports
