I have deleted the character by mistake.

Is the reconstruction possible?

You can email support at the address in the Contact Support link at the top of the page, but deleted items or characters cannot be recovered. Once they're gone, they're gone forever.
Sorry for your loss. |

I believe once a character is deleted, it is gone for good.
What I do not understand is why GGG doesn't implement a delay timer to schedule a character for deletion. EX: You delete a character, it becomes scheduled for deletion after X days. Character becomes grayed out, much like invalid leagues, until it is deleted. From here the player should have two options. Force fast deletion, to instantly clear the character slot. Good for races. Undelete character, for those of us who decide they want to keep the character. Because sometimes, you know, people make mistakes. Is this a feature that's too much to ask? It's a tough lesson to learn. If you are worried about it happening again, a character that is using a micro transaction can't be deleted (they don't want you to lose something you paid for), so if you put one on your characters they'll be safe.

I don't remember where (sorry!), but I did recently read something that indicated character deletion is not undoable for support. Definitely try contacting them, it's worth a shot.

" Tera had a timer and it was a pain in the arse, i and many other players were glad the got rid of that, not that it makes a blind bit of diffrence as you would still get people deleting the wrong ones. And you don't acidentaly delete a character....sorry but you don't, sure you can misclick delete BUT there is a confirmation box as well to make sure you want to delete the char. Ancestral Bond. "They've said repeatedly that when a character is deleted, it's removed from the database and can not be recovered. Whatever you think you read was wrong. There are no accidental deletions. One needs to positively confirm the deletion to prevent accidental deletions. It might be unintentional, but it's no accident. It's carelessness if anything. Guild Leader The Amazon Basin <BASIN>
