Does Item Rarity affect currency drops at all?

Sorry if this has been asked before, I was looking through this forum and cannot find an answer.
If i kill monsters with a skill linked to Item Rarity, does it affect either the chance or the amount of currency dropped? Or for farming currency would I be better off trying to do Item Quantity? |

Rarity does not effect currency drops, quantity does.

Rarity only affects items. Whereas quantity affects all drops (except maps, but maps ARE affected by their own IIQ modifiers) "Minions of your minions are your minion's minions, not your minions." - Mark
