How can people infer so much about the state of the game based off the passive tree when we don't have the patch information yet?

Both my builds probably just got gutted. However all I can feel is excitement for the new tree. Why? Because what I do know is that i have two high level duelists that can be respecced into new builds along with a ton of very versatile generic life gear, both crit and RT.
For those crying about crit nerf, I find it foolish to believe that crit will not do insane damage anymore. It's still going to be the best way to make a dps character.

However, with the block nerf I think it's likely that you will need a BoR to efficiently cap block.

The tears are similar to how last time people were crying over life nerf, and yet some builds actually gained life.

At least it has brought a bit of variety back into the forum, I was getting bored with the Crit QQ and the whinging about Acuities.

Also the tree alone, people have lost so much already. Are they gonna buff Jeweled Foils base crit to 7%? or Platinum Kris' base crit to 9%? or probably a new Prefix for Armor based equipment that can be crafted on bench "Has unwavering stance" to make up for the awkward positioning of that node and some deleted nodes from the new tree? :D Its just very unlikely...

More life on level is 12 now, going to be 19.

Releasing the tree early was supposed to help players plan builds for the new leagues. Ofc it is all but useless without the patch notes and all the other upcoming changes, resulting in a not unexpected kneejerk reaction.
