Unable to claim crafting benches

Reclaimed my hideout, tried /claim_crafting_benches several times, and keep checking my hideout tab, am still unable to claim my benches. Is there anything I'm doing wrong?

Same issue here. Got both catarina & elreon at level 5. But I can't claim the benches.
