The decisions you've taken about the "Developer Discussion" threads ?

I'm sure I am not the only one who wants to know what you ended up to choose or the things you're still thinking about, etc...

I've read most of the posts there and people are still trying to give their thoughts about what they would like to see in the game, but we actually don't know if our ideas were heard and if you're aiming at a specific direction right now.

And most of all, the posts are becoming bigger and bigger so it's kinda hard to keep in touch with it.

We haven't made firm decisions on any of those topics yet (and may not for several months still). They're still pretty experimental. The feedback from the community has been very helpful and provides insightful input.

For example, we haven't yet tried any alternate looting options in the Alpha (will experiment with them in the Beta a little).

We're using a percentage of the current level's experience as a death penalty on higher difficulties (you can't drop below the current level).

Difficulty level names are currently Normal, Cruel, Ruthless, Merciless.

No numbers are currently shown on monster health bars.

The only public chat channel currently available is the global channel. This will have to change early in Beta.

I'm sure once Beta starts there will be more interesting topics to add to the roster of discussion in that forum. We'll probably bring questions that remain hotly debated from Alpha to a larger audience.

Good to see everything isn't set in stone yet, and that the developers are actually listening and responding to what fans want. Even still, going with what seems to work within the actual playing field.

A majority of us have yet to get our hands on the game itself so we're really just theorists going by what's been partial to us in the past at this point.

I'm sure we'd all be grateful if you'd continue to keep us posted as much as you can on the progression of Alpha (soon to be the Beta), Chris.
