Account locked

Hi to all,
I created this account for to login again in the forum.

Yesterday seems that I have committed some violation in the term of use with my account and now I can't login and play again.

Since I don't know what illegal I had done, I describe here all the play time.

I respected an old character and loaded 'procurement' in background.
I have 2 PC and often play with my girlfriend.
For about 1 hour we run 2 istances of the game on the same pc for to exchange(in game trade) some skill gem. After that she closeds her game intance and I continued to play for some hours.

In the evening(central Europe time) I started again the game, downloaded last patch and BAM:
"Your account is locked. Contact support..."

My girlfriend's account is locked too.

Support team answered me with the link of the term of use.Now is about one day that I cannot play.

Is procurement become illegal? Is forbidden 2 game istances? Or what else?

Can someone help me to find out a solution for this or tell me my error?

Nothing you have described is against the ToS, procurement won't get you banned...about the only thing that might be close to getting you banned is the second instance of the game running, but only if you have automated it in anyway.

If the linked the ToS as being broken did they highlight or specify the part that you allegedly broke?

If not you need to wait and see what support say via email, nothing can be done here.

me:Thanks for feedback but I don't know what I have done for to break the term of use.
I received the message after the download of the last patch.
Seems to be blocked my girlfriend's account too... and she tried to login on the same pc
Can I help in some matters for to solve this?
